The customer must read and accept the conditions of sale before confirming the purchase. The confirmation of the order means the acceptance of the conditions of sale. We kindly suggest you read the conditions and print or save them for assurance.
The products available are illustrated and described online in their relative product information tabs. The price is in Euro and it includes VAT. Shipping fees are not included in the price but they are displayed at time of purchase. Before order confirmation, there will be displayed the cost summary of each product, which has been selected as well as the total cost and shipping fees. After the order confirmation you will receive an email with the date, the total, and the details of your order.
The price includes VAT, containers and packaging. The payment of the products and the shipping fees must be paid once the order has been confirmed by the specified Credit Cards as well as Pay Pal and pre-order bank transfer. The use of credit cards requires the keying in of card data. Using pre-order bank transfer, the commission fees have to be paid by the customer.
Olio F.lli Fresia makes deliveries through specialized courier service. The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer during the purchase order phase online. Every delivery contains the products and the related accompanying documents. The time of delivery can vary from 10 to 15 working days. The customer, during the time of delivery is required to check if the package is in good condition. Only after confirmation of good condition they can accept delivery. Olio F.lli Fresia accepts exchange, at one’s own expense, only if the customer has verified the breakage or the damage, in the presence of the courier, or if he has indicated on the delivery document “Goods unchecked”. In case there is no correspondence between the order and the delivery, the Customer does not have to accept the package and he will have to notify the courier, or send an email to email@example.com.
Olio F.lli Fresia guarantees a return policy related to the Law n° 185 of 22.05.1999. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products in their original packaging within 10 working days from the day of delivery. The products have to be closed in their original packaging, as Olio F.lli Fresia sent them to the customer. Shipping fees are the responsibilities of the costumer. The costumer has to send a registered letter to Olio F.lli Fresia sas, Casella Postale 624 –Succursale Imperia 3, 18100 Imperia Oneglia (IM), Italy. The products have to be returned in their original closed packaging to the Olio F.lli Fresia within 15 days of the dispatch of the registered letter. Olio F.lli Fresia will provide refund of payment (shipping fees included) within 30 days after the return of the package and after the checking of the products. The return policy is available only for private customers, not for commercial activities.
The customer is required to insert correct, complete and updated personal data and to communicate changes promptly. In case of false declaration regarding personal data, Olio F.lli Fresia retains the right to cancel customers from their list, after an official request of revision.
Olio F.lli Fresia does not sell products or purchases made by children. If you are under 18 you may purchase on F.lli Fresia only with the supervision of an adult, such as parent or guardian. If we receive false personal data, parents or guardians will be directly responsible for the order payment if not cancelled as specified in “Return Policy”.
